Getting the Most from this Encompass 2.0 Video Series

1. The order that the videos are listed in is intentional. If viewed in order, they will help to build your knowledge and capabilities step by step.
2. However, you may wish to jump around, and focus on the discrete skills you need in order to accomplish specific tasks.
3. Use the handy check list to track your progress in viewing the videos, to avoid duplication of effort.
4. More videos will be added to this series in the coming weeks and months.
5. Use the “Pause” button at the lower left of the screen to temporarily stop the video so you can practice the tasks live in the software. Click the button again to resume watching.
6. To optimize viewability, try changing to full screen view.
7. If the video is blurred to any extent, try changing your screen resolution to 1024 x 768 or smaller.
8. We are phasing in our implementation of the software and its functionalities – not all of which are available for all products yet. If you see functionality that is not yet available for the product line you are working with, click the Support link at the top of the screen while in Encompass 2.0, and send us an email with your timing question.
